Sales Policy:

New Items:

Due to the high value of the products that we sell, all new items are considered “special order” items and are not returnable.  In many cases, these “special order” items are built on a per order basis and therefore deposits are taken at the time of the order.  Once the deposit has been accepted the item(s) on order cannot be cancelled.  All new items are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, not Audiophiles Choice, Inc.

Demo/Used and Clearance Items:

Any demo/used/clearance items are sold on an “as is” basis and all sales are final.  There are no refunds or exchanges.  However, we offer generous upgrade and trade in programs.  Some manufacturer's transferable warranties while others do not. Please inquire about the specific item you are purchasing.

Shipping Damage Claims:

Any and all claims for shipping damage must be reported immediately and noted on the bill of lading at the time of receipt.  Concealed damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery of the product.

Audiophiles Choice, Inc. Guarantee:

Audiophiles Choice, Inc. takes great pride in delivering all products in working order. In the unlikely event that a product is delivered in damaged condition, please contact Audiophiles Choice, Inc. immediately. Your product will be replaced or repaired at the manufacturer's expense subject to their terms and conditions. A demo/pre-owned or clearance item will be repaired when possible or credit will be applied to a product of equal or greater value. All damage claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Trade-ins:

Occasionally, we accept trade-in equipment towards the purchase of new products.  All trade-ins must be received by Audiophiles Choice, Inc. within one week prior to merchandise delivery.  If trade-in is not received within the one week period we reserve the right to charge you for the difference in the actual purchasing price.

New gear purchases carry 100% trade up policy for one year, towards the retail purchase price of a new like component as long as the piece being traded in is still current and in excellent condtion (some restrictions apply).
